Marketplace Terms of Use

The Marketplace is a public catalog where approved Partners may advertise services, products, and commercial terms to companies that use or visit RenovAI.

RenovAI provides listing, application, and fee-collection technology. RenovAI is not a party to contracts between the Partner and the end buyer unless stated in writing.

Submitting an application is free, but public listing requires RenovAI approval and payment of the then-current monthly fee after approval.

RenovAI may approve, reject, request documents, or ask for corrections, at its sole discretion.

You represent that the information you provide (company, contact, tax ID, services, prices, countries, and logo) is true, current, and that you are authorized to use it.

After approval, public listing depends on paying the Marketplace monthly subscription via Stripe or another processor designated by RenovAI.

The fee is the amount shown at application time or on the payment link. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice for future renewals.

Non-payment, chargebacks, or cancellation may remove or suspend the listing immediately.

You are solely responsible for offer content: descriptions, prices, terms, logos, brands, and any published materials.

Illegal, misleading, offensive, or infringing content is prohibited, as are promises you cannot fulfill.

RenovAI may edit, hide, or remove offers that violate this Agreement, the law, or the platform’s integrity.

Negotiation, delivery, warranties, support, and billing between Partner and buyer are solely the parties’ responsibility.

RenovAI does not guarantee leads, conversions, or revenue. Listing is not an endorsement of quality.

If buyers complain, RenovAI may request clarification and suspend the listing while reviewing the matter.

You keep rights in your brand and materials. By publishing, you allow RenovAI to display your name, logo, and descriptions in the Marketplace and related catalog marketing.

You may not use the RenovAI brand in a way that implies corporate partnership, exclusivity, or a RenovAI guarantee without written permission.

Personal data in your application is processed under RenovAI’s Privacy Policy and applicable law (including LGPD where relevant).

If you process buyer data obtained via the Marketplace, you must comply with data-protection law and use it only for the legitimate commercial purpose of the offer.

Spam, fraud, social engineering, false identities, review manipulation, and attempts to bypass the listing fee are prohibited.

For violations, RenovAI may suspend or terminate Marketplace participation, without proportional refund of fees already paid where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RenovAI is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or disputes between Partners and buyers.

If RenovAI has any liability related to the Marketplace, it is limited to listing fees actually paid in the three months before the event.

This Agreement applies while your application or listing is active. You may request listing removal at any time; fees already billed for the current cycle may be non-refundable.

RenovAI may discontinue the Marketplace or your participation with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches.

We may update this Agreement. The current version is published at renovai.lat/marketplace/termos. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, unless law provides otherwise.
