1. Who we are
RenovAI is an international B2B contract-management SaaS operated at renovai.lat. The billing email for each account is the account administrator. Controller for platform account and billing data: RenovAI (contact@renovai.lat).
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), authentication data (via Supabase), billing identifiers (via Stripe), usage and device/log data, and content you upload (contracts, documents, team emails). We do not sell personal data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the Service (contract), improve security and product (legitimate interests), send transactional email (contract), process payments (contract/legal obligation), and comply with law. Where consent is required, we request it explicitly (e.g. cookies/marketing).
4. Customer content and roles
For personal data inside contracts and documents you upload, you are typically the controller and RenovAI acts as a processor, processing only to provide the Service under your instructions. You must have a lawful basis to upload third-party data.
5. Processors and international transfers
We use infrastructure providers such as Supabase (auth/database/storage), Stripe (payments), email (e.g. Resend), hosting (e.g. Oracle/Coolify), and optional AI providers for OCR/summaries. Data may be processed in the United States, Brazil, EU, or other regions where those providers operate. We use contractual safeguards (including SCCs where applicable) and configure transfers as required by GDPR/LGPD and similar laws.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active. You may request account and data deletion at contact@renovai.lat. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or security obligations for the required period.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR, LGPD, and similar laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Email contact@renovai.lat. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for session and security, and optional analytics/marketing cookies only with consent where required. See the cookie banner for choices.
10. Children
The Service is for business users and is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your country).
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is at https://renovai.lat/privacy. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app.
