Who is the account administrator?

The billing owner email is always the administrator. That user manages contracts, companies, team, and alert settings. Invited members collaborate with more limited rights.

Does RenovAI support multiple companies?

Yes. It is multi-tenant: each organization has isolated data, its own team, and separate contracts. Users can switch organizations in the same dashboard.

Which documents can I attach?

PDF, Word, Excel, and images (PNG, JPG). Documents stay linked to the contract for renewals and audits.

Alert lead time: 90, 60, 30, or 7 days?

Practical recommendations for 90-, 60-, 30-, and 7-day reminders.

There is no single rule, but a pattern that works well in practice: 90 days to start negotiation, 30 days to confirm renewal, 7 days as a final reminder, and on the expiration day itself.

In RenovAI, you configure alert days in Settings. Delivery is automatic by email — it does not depend on the dashboard being open.

For critical contracts (high value or compliance), add 60- and 15-day alerts as well.
